Long Overdue Beach Pictures

We took M.E. for her first beach trip back in early June and I'm just now posting pictures. Just wanted to share!

We had a wonderful time and can't wait until we go next year and is chasing her up and down the beach!

I'm done!

I'm done with Breastfeeding. I nursed M.E. last night for the last time.
Its kinda bittersweet. Sorta. As hard as it was in the beginning, it became something I did enjoy. However, I didn't enjoy pumping 3 times a day at work. She has started biting. And in the past week. Everytime I nursed, she'd nurse for like 2 minutes, then bite me. So I'd switch sides, and she'd do the same. I knew my milk was just getting really low.

At the end of the day. She's a happy and healthy baby. I couldn't ask for more.

I guess the "bitter" part of it is that its over. I won't ever get to do it for the first time again. I'm very glad I stuck it out and was able to do it for almost 8 months. Hopefully she'll benifit (as will I) for many years to come! This morning I woke up and just knew I was done. And I was ok with that. I dreaded it, but today, I was fine with it. :D
